Re-Veal how racial conditioning shapes and manipulates their personal and professional lives.
Re-Train and recondition out of unconscious racial bias, to then gather and fortify anti-racist tools and practices.
Re-Emerge able to engage in generative conflict, and loving disruption as powerful and direct communicators. Practitioners re-emerge able to be lead by black, indigenous, queer, and fem leadership.

As a teacher and facilitator of more than 10+ years, Lauren brings an experienced, keen, and discerning lens to the on-going conversation around environmental and social justice. Lauren has a passion for supporting individuals and organizations to identify and implement sustainable and integrated action, while fostering a radically respectful internal culture of learning, growth, and accountability, for deeper and lasting impact.

With 20 years of clinical practice and the facilitation of individual and community healing, Reya’s speciality lives in guiding practitioners to rewire out of dominant cultural norms of practice, and reorient towards antiracism. The primary pillars of her work stand as the embodied shifts in consciousness necessary for antiracist work to be both transformative and sustainable AND the reconnection with body, Earth, and culture that offer antidote to unconscious default norms of harm and othering. Her purposeful and collaborative work is to amplify conscious culture and co-create communities of belonging.
